2- YOGA 

Many of the people go gym i know but i ASK  THAT YOU DO YOGA ?  I really tell you yoga is very powerful it remove every thing your depression Anxiety then think it can remove pimples very easily and f you want glowing skin than it can easily we happen Yoga are many time if you are beginner than you should have to do only 2 types of yoga 

1- Anulom Vilom pranayama 

it should be do in morning ensure that anulom vilom shold be done 4-5 hours after having your food . this thing you have to do regularly       




2- Sirsha Asana 

this yoga is really very helpful
